Located in the valley of Vaucouleurs, in Yvelines, to 60 km of Paris and 6 km of Mantes La Jolie, the Pisciculture of the Villette east
installed since 1896 around a mill whose origins go back to XVIe century.
The Pisciculture of the Villette remained artisanal, keeping like main objective the quality of its products and the reception of the visitors in an exceptional site.
We smoke with old with the wood fire:

trouts of our breeding
eels of France

We refine and market on the spot and in the area all the year of the trouts fario, the rainbow trouts, salmons of fountain and in season of fish of ornament, the sturgeons and fish of pond.
